Tuyen is the CEO and Founder of Dear Our Community, an impact-driven company providing content, training and job opportunities on social impact targeting the youth in Vietnam. Since its establishment, Dear Our Community has interviewed more than 50 social impact leaders including the U.S Consul General and British Consul General, all coming from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, including spanning journalism, youth development, women's and girls' empowerment, healthcare, diplomacy, sustainability, and community development. Recently, Dear Our Community introduced the Sustainability Incubator with Youth program to provide them with foundational knowledge, tools and opportunities to learn, practice and work in the sustainability sector.

She has more than 12 years of experience working in both business and the nonprofit sectors in consulting companies and individuals on philanthropy, CSR, and social impact engagement in Vietnam. Tuyen aided more than 300 nonprofits connected with corporate partners and philanthropists for cross-sector partnerships toward social impact over the years. Tuyen is passionate about inspiring younger generations of Australians and Vietnamese in progressing sustainability and social impact through bilateral collaboration.
