Son leads the Technical Assistance programme in Vietnam for Impact Partners, the world's largest private placement platform for impact investing - Impact Investment Exchange (IIX). He is helping impact enterprises in Vietnam and Southeast Asia to be investment ready, connect them with global investors and help them raise capital successfully.

Prior to his impact investment journey, Son has years of working experiences in finance and management consulting at KPMG. His exposure to the unequal access of impact enterprises to finance motivated him to advocate for impact investment, with a goal to aid impact enterprises in their activities.

He is passionate about impact investment and the sustainable finance space, where he can leverage his finance expertise to serve the community where companies can attain triple bottom- line successes (people-planet-profit).
