Phillip is a tech and financial entrepreneur who founded Sargon (2016) and GrowthOps (2017) each with revenues over A$50 million p.a. In 2020 he founded Galactic Bioware Inc which manufactures advanced clothing, armour systems and powered suits for firefighting and emergency response in Australia and the USA. He serves on the Advisory Board of cybersecurity firm Internet 2.0 based in Canberra and Virginia and is an Executive Director of LUMA Beauty.

Phillip was previously the Chairman of pioneering school Lumineer Academy, the Vice Chairman of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership now part of the Monash Sustainable Development Institute and a Director of LaunchVic, a Victorian government-company building the state’s entrepreneurial and startup ecosystem.
