My is passionate about tech entrepreneurship and women empowerment with 8 years of experience. She spent 5 years at Viettel AI & Data Services Center as a product development and talent management executive. She co-built a proptech to support tenants during COVID-19 and co-founded SheCodes Vietnam to promote tech careers for women for 6 years.

She won the Future Solution Contest at Techfest Vietnam 2021, the biggest annual event for the innovative startup community in Vietnam organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Later, she supported women entrepreneurs through Techfest and US Embassy activities.

As CEO of Intech Space, she provides digital transformation and workforce solutions, connecting female talents across tech companies. Intech Space has delivered technology solutions to the Central Youth Union and Vietnamese Student Association.

Through AVYLD, she aims to integrate Vietnamese tech talents, especially female, and technology solutions into the Australian market, supporting the Vietnam-Australia relationship in digital transformation and women empowerment.
