Mohamed is an Associate at Allens, an international commercial law firm with offices throughout Australia and Asia, where he practices within the energy, resources, development and infrastructure sectors. He founded Egyptian Streets and led it to become one of the region's fastest-growing media organisations and Egypt's leading independent English media organisation. Mohamed was invited to be a keynote speaker at the opening ceremony of the World Youth Forum alongside Nobel Peace Prize Winner Nadia Murad and the United Nations Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth Jayathma Wickramanayake.
In 2018, he was chosen among Forbes' 30 Under 30 in Media and Marketing for his role in founding Egyptian Streets and in 2019, he was awarded the 'Rising Star Award for Young Alumni' by The University of Melbourne's Faculty of Arts.
