In her current role, Loan leads the human rights, diversity and inclusion portfolio, fostering meaningful decision-making processes and constructive dialogues among different stakeholders. She has successfully led joint UN efforts to promote the inclusion of LGBTIQ+ community, enhance women’s participation in politics and other key initiatives.

With a decade of experience, Loan has worked on a wide range of issues including Responsible Business, Gender Equality, and Inclusive Governance. Her goal is to contribute to the advancement of a socially just, inclusive, tolerant and sustainable Viet Nam.

Awarded the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master scholarship thanks to her academic excellence and dedication to international development, she is passionate about collaborating with people from all walks of life to turn ambitious goals into tangible realities, making a meaningful impact on everyday lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking in nature and watching movies, finding inspiration and relaxation in both activities.
