As a 2nd-generation Vietnamese Australian, Alyna's journey reflects resilience and ambition, shaped by her family's sacrifices. With a background in Business and corporate finance, Alyna transitioned to teaching English to adults and advising in the not-for-profit digital tertiary sector.

In 2023, Alyna founded Ignite Her Spark to leave a lasting legacy. As Founder and CEO, she is a certified coach, dynamic speaker, and skilled facilitator, empowering women from diverse backgrounds to shatter barriers and lead purpose-driven lives. Her leap from traditional employment to entrepreneurship embodies her relentless pursuit of dreams and self-improvement.

Beyond her professional life, Alyna finds joy in travel, running, boxing, board games, cooking, and reading. Inspired by her family’s history and figures like Brene Brown and Richard Branson, Alyna values deep, meaningful conversations and upholds her core values of kindness, connection, growth, and vitality.

Alyna’s vision includes building schools in low to middle income countries, starting with Vietnam, to enhance educational access for girls.

She firmly believes success doesn't halve when shared; it doubles, amplifying its impact and reach.
