Christian Bien

Christian Bien is an Australian of Vietnamese heritage and the son of Vietnamese boat refugees. As a participant of the AVYLD in 2023, he found the experience transformational in initiating the journey to explore his own roots and cultural heritage.

Christian is the Co-Founder and CEO of Elucidate Education, a non-profit focused on supporting disadvantaged Australian students. Elucidate's flagship initiative is KoalaLearn, a numeracy app backed by the University of Melbourne, focused on motivating and supporting students through gamification and AI. Christian is also a 2023 Westpac Future Leaders Scholar and a Chartered Accountant with 4 years experience in corporate finance prior to Elucidate.
